If you would like more complete answers to any of your questions, please feel free to ask Pastor Schmidt. He will be happy to answer any questions that you may have for him.
We Believe that God created the universe from all eternity, and that he rules over it even today: Sustaining it and providing all that we need for our life.
We Believe that Jesus Christ is the true Son of God. Jesus was sent to pay for the sins of all human beings by his innocent suffering and death. Jesus rose from the dead on the third day, and ascended into heaven, where he rules at the right hand of the Father forever.
We Believe that the Holy Spirit works faith, and sustains that faith, in all believers. He does this through the word and sacraments. He kindles faith in the hearts of unbelievers through the Gospel, strengthens and nourishes that faith through the sacraments of Baptism and Communion.
We Believe that on the last day, God will call all believers to be with him in heaven forever. There we will live in eternal perfection, worshiping and glorifying our God.
